Baby Tennyson

My friend Robin is preggo with her 2nd baby boy, Tennyson Walker Sunday, and instead of the traditional baby shower, we went and had pedicures and ate at Potpourri house in Tyler.
It was so wonderful to just set there and relax and then to eat somewhere that my husband would NEVER think of stepping foot into....because they have "fancy stuff", not the usualy fried steaks smothered in 3 inches of gravy!

4th of July

This was a great 4th of July.
We spent the day at the lake with some friends and had lots of food,
swimming, games, and of course FIREWORKS!

Special Birthday Moment

This past weekend was crazy for sure. First we had Tanner's birthday part,
then Daddy Jim's, and Keller was playing in a baseball tournament! ( which they got 2nd; this was their first game to lose all season) But this was a special day for me in Jasper celebrating Daddy Jim's 80th b-day!! His birthday is the day before Tanner's
and since it was so windy at Tanner's party, he didn't get to blow out his own candles,
so Daddy Jim letTanner help him the very next day!!
Such a special moment seeing them both make a wish!!

Happy 3rd B-day Tanner!!

This post is a celebration of our Tanner Lane! We love birthdays around our house and try to make them special. Since Tanner's b-day is in the heat of the summer we try to do something with water!! So this year we rented a hut at the lake and had lots of family and friends join us as we celebrated our little boy.
